We collect your email address, full name, Telegram username or phone number, country of residence, time zone, language preference, account identifiers, accepted terms, and registration and cancellation history.

Purpose and sharing

We use this information to authenticate you, manage programs, availability and registration history, and send operational messages. We do not sell personal data.

Retention period

Unverified registration data expires after 24 hours and is queued for automatic deletion. Account and confirmed registration history is retained to provide your portal history and meet operational or legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention duties.

Hosting and service providers

The portal is hosted on Amazon Web Services and uses AWS services for sign-in, email delivery, application hosting, APIs, and data storage. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the portal.
