At the heart of every group activity—whether in businesses, associations, or similar organizations—lies the question of decision-making.
- Who should make decisions?
- What are the benefits and drawbacks of participatory decision-making?
- How can the quality of decisions be improved?
In these sessions, we begin by reading selected sections of Administrative Behavior by Herbert A. Simon. Alongside the reading, members will discuss their experiences and insights.
Administrative Behavior: A Study of Decision-Making Processes in Administrative Organization
Herbert A. Simon, 1947

The English edition of Administrative Behavior will be the primary text; a Persian translation is also available.

The group is expected to begin around mid-August. Sessions will be scheduled for the evening in Iran and Europe and the afternoon on the East Coast of the United States. The exact schedule will be announced later.
